Our Service Manager Steve is the latest recipient of our Northern Star Award.
As the Service Manager Steve takes care of the engineering side of Northern Industrial, coordinating and managing our electronics and site engineers. As such he liaises with all areas of the business helping with his extensive automation knowledge and finely-tuned problem solving skills.
It is those particular knowledge and skills that prompted his colleagues to nominate him for this month’s award. One colleague in particular stated that “even though he is constantly busy he still takes time out to answer all questions properly. If there’s something technical I need an answer to he will take time out to find manuals and PDFs to help me solve it.”
